I started VioX in 2018 doing applied machine learning work for a handful of NYC businesses. The pattern that kept repeating: the team had a clear operational problem — a phone line nobody could staff, a dispatch process living in three spreadsheets, a CRM the staff worked around — and the available answers were either a six-figure consulting engagement or a SaaS tool that didn't fit.

VioX exists for the middle. We build the actual thing — the voice agent that answers at 2 AM, the internal CRM your dispatchers use every day, the marketing site that closes the booking — and we keep it small enough that one person can hold the whole system in their head. Most of our work has come through referrals from clients like Best Limo NY, Bergsify (NEMT contact center), DreamersJoy Floral Studio, Golden Plate Events, Lino Press, Marisco Centro, and Mirtha Carolina. Several of them are running on VioX CRM, the multi-tenant platform we built for ourselves and now deploy as the backend for client operations.
